Nursery & Kids Club Manager
With over 30years of Childcare experience.
Lisa has worked at Time 4 Nursery since May 2011.
Qualified at Level 3, Lisa is a qualified paediatric first aider and has an NVQ Level 3 in business management and is our Designated Safeguard Lead Practitioner. Lisa is also qualified to Level 5 in Leadership & Management and oversees all the day to day running of both the Nursery & After School Club
Beth
Deputy Manager
Beth joined our team in October 2021, is qualified to Level 3 in Childcare, and has a wide knowledge of working with children in the early years and up to 18 yrs.
Beth also holds a Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
Beth is a qualified paediatric first-aider & is our Designated Safeguard Lead Practitioner.
Beth oversees all Evidence Me & SENCO with Kerry assisting.
Kerry
Senior Practitioner/3rd In Charge
Kerry returned back to our team in February 2018, is qualified to Level 3 in Childcare and is our Designated Safeguard Lead Practitioner. Kerry is also a qualified paediatric first aider & assists the Manager & Deputy when required. Kerry is also studying Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Team Leader
Claire joined our team in September 2022, is qualified to Level 3 in childcare, Level 2 Designated Safeguard Lead Practitioner & paediatric first aid refresher
Tasha
Team Leader
Tasha returned to our team in September 2024. She holds a Level 3 in childcare , is paediatric first aided and Level 2 Designated Safeguard Lead Practitioner.

Team Leader
Chloe joined our team in February 2021 . She is qualified to Level 3 in Childcare, holds a degree-bachelor of arts in early years and childhood studies (Level 6)
is a qualified paediatric first aider and Level 2 Designated Safeguard Lead Practitioneer.

Jen joined our team in September 2022, is a qualified paediatric first aider and is qualified to Level 3 in childcare.

Shannon returns back to our team from February 2025.
She holds a Level 3 in childcare is paediatric first aided and safeguard trained.

Sammy joined our team in March 2025 - she has a Level 3 in childcare and is a qualified paediatric first aider and holds a Level 1 and 2 in safeguarding.

Jasmin joined our team in July 2025, she is qualified at Level 3 in childcare and is a qualified paediatric first aider.

Becky joined our team in February 2023 - she holds a Level 2 & 3 in childcare , is paediatric first aided and safeguard trained.
Amelia
Nursery Apprentice
Amelia returned to our team in September 2024 and is currently studying level 3 in childcare. She is paediatric first aided and safeguard trained.
Mia
Nursery Practitioner
Mia joined our team in July 2025.
She holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare and is a qualified paediatric first aider.
Emily
Nursery Practitioner
Emily has worked for us on a supply basis since 2023 whilst studying her Level 3 in Childcare. Once qualified she attended University to study Higher Education, Primary and Early Years Education. We welcomed her back in October 2025

Tina joined us in July 2020. Tina is qualified to level 3 in food hygiene & safety and has over 6 years of experience in the catering industry. She also works across both settings. Tina is a qualified paediatric first aider and level 2 safeguard trained.

Melissa joined our team in April 2025, she is paediatric first aid trained and is currently studying her Level 3 in Childcare.

Meet the Staff
All staff are trained in the Birth to Five Framework & Common Assessment Framework (CAF). All staff are qualified paediatric first aiders & qualified to a minimum Level 1 in Safeguarding with nominated officers qualified to Level 2 in Safeguarding. All staff are cleared through the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). We are registered with an online training provider (Noodle Now). All staff have access to this programme offering a great selection of childcare-related courses.
